All Colorado residents must also register for the course on the Colorado PDIS site in addition to completing the registration here in Podia. The course certificate will be generated from the PDIS system.

Must sign up in PDIS for the course after paying and submitting the registration form BEFORE the course closing date.

This is NOT required for out of state participants. Horizons In Learning will issue all out of state participants their Certificate of Completion
