The course, delivered in 11 live virtual sessions through Zoom and Sibme, offers coaches and leaders ‘principles to practice’ on how to effectively facilitate change and to use intentional coaching strategies to support sustainable habits of reflection, problem solving and impact quality improvement. This course is based on Constant Hine’s book Transformational Coaching for Early Childhood Educators.
