This is a Colorado State approved training which meets the requirements for coaches to receive and renew the Colorado Coaching Credential. This is an approved alternative to the Relationship Based Professional Development (RBPD) training provided by the state. This course is also open to non-Colorado residents.
REQUIRED: This course requires the attendance of all 11 sessions from 9:30am -1pm MT. If you anticipate missing any dates contact the instructor BEFORE paying for the course to verify if it is possible to complete makeup homework for the course session. This is NOT possible for certain specific sessions. This course requires the attendance of all 11 Sessions. All Colorado participants must also register for the course in the Colorado PDIS site in addition to completing the registration here in Podia. Select Transformational Coaching, and then select the date of the course you are attending. The course certificate will be generated from the PDIS system. Must register in PDIS by the registration closing date. (See registration deadline below in the Cost/Pricing section)
It is NOT required of out of state participants to additionally register in PDIS. Horizons In Learning will provide the Certificate of Completion for out of state participants.
The Transformational Coaching for Early Childhood Educators 38.5 Hour Virtual Course is a seminar series based on Constant Hine’s book: Transformational Coaching for Early Childhood Educators from RedLeaf Press.
Each session participants will be joining a Zoom call and logging into the Sibme learning platform to access additional resources, join discussions and other engagement activities. Once your registration payment has been received you will have access to the Welcome Letter with logistical information.
